Biosyn was a genetics company similar to InGen. Biosyn was the company that offered Dennis Nedry a job to steal the dinosaur embryos developed by InGen.

Biosyn sent Dr. Lewis Dodgson to meet with Dennis Nedry, the fat and obnoxious computer programmer, to give him the transportation device for the embryos. Dodgson is then convinced to pick up the tab for Dennis's lunch.

Biosyn never got the precious embryos. When Dennis Nedry shut down the park, sending catastrophe and letting the animals escape, he was killed by a young Dilophosaurus that he released. The can carrying the embryos was lost in a stream after Dennis dropped it.
