The Carnivore Feeding Compound was a large building meant to hold the live animals to be used as food for the carnivorous dinosaurs.
In the novel, the group comes across it. It was close to the Holding Pen that kept the Raptors. Alexis Murphy was shocked that it had roughly 60 goats to be used as food.
It never appears in the movies and is only seen as a name on the Maintenance Building's power list.
