- Crichtonsaurus eats from ground herbivore feeders. They are heavily armored and can strike each other and fight predators using their heavy club tails.
- Crichtonsaurus in more social than other ankylosaurids, although still live in small social groups and prefer to have few dinosaurs of other species close to them.

- Crichtonsaurus are a type of ankylosaurid dinosaur, named after the author Michael Crichton. The lack of unique traits in its holotype suggests that it might not be a distinct genus.
Discovery[]
- The first fossils for Crichtonsaurus were discovered in China in the Sunjiawan Formation. So far only partial skeletons have been recovered.
Paleoecology[]
- Little is known of the ecology for this region, but it was likely to have been subtropical.
