Erica Brand was a representative of Verizon who wanted to sponsor an attraction at the dinosaur theme-park Jurassic World.

She was described by Claire Dearing as "deserves better". Erica, along with fellow representatives Hal Osterly and Jim Drucker, was received at Jurassic World by senior park employee Claire Dearing, who gave them a pitch on the status of the park as she led them through the labs in the Innovation Center. Of the three, Erica remained silent, though she showed assent with Hal Osterly's demand for a thrilling dinosaur. She listened with interest to Henry Wu's description of the Indominus rex and apparently agreed to sponsor the animal. She doesn't appear again in the film afterwards.
