Alejandro was the head chef for Jurassic Park. He appeared to be in his 60's to 70's and was seen giving the evaluation group their food in the V.I.P. Dining Room in Jurassic Park. He boarded the last ship to leave the island and did not take part in the Isla Nublar incident.
Jurassic Park[]
Chef Alejandro is first mentioned by park owner John Hammond when Alan Grant, Ellie Sattler, and Ian Malcolm appear before the Raptor Pen. Hammond attempts to dissuade the group (which was assembled by Donald Gennaro to evaluate security risks in the park) from the enclosure by mentioning Alejandro's Chilean Sea Bass. This does not work and the group bare witness to the Velociraptors devour an entire cow.
Immediately afterwards, Alejandro appears serving the tour group their lunch. After the group have a debate over the ethics of the park and its animals, he whispers on Hammond's ear that his grandchilden have arrived in the island. Presumably, Alejandro left alongside the rest of the employees of Jurassic Park on the last ferry and avoided involvement in the subsequent incident.
With the years that passed, it is probable that Alejandro has died of his advanced age.
Jurassic World[]
Chef Alejandro does not appear in this film but it seems that his special Chilean Sea Bass is now served at Winston's Steak House on Jurassic World's Main Street. Whether or not Alejandro remained with the company or had any involvement culinary or otherwise is unknown.
