The Dilopho-Man is a hybrid species created by the InGen scientist Dr. Burton  featured in the theme park attraction Project Evilution during Halloween Horror Nights 12 in Universal Studios Islands of Adventure. Interestingly, the same year they first appeared Carlos Huante created concept art of Dinosaur-human hybrids for "Jurassic Park IV"[1]

Physical appearance[]

Dilphoman - Man Side-filtered

This hybrid is a man with a Dilophosaurus head and neck starting from his left shoulder and wrapping around the right side of the face with only his left side being human, albeit with the dual crests of the Dilophosaurus.

Story[]

The Dilopho-Men were created by Dr. Burton as a rogue experiment. When the power goes out in Jurassic Park, the creatures escape into the wild and seek to find their creator. When they enter the lab, in Project Evilution, the experiments look for revenge. When they find him, he is tied up and hanged, only found by visitors later that night.

Behind the scenes[]

The Dilopho-Man mask was created by Tom Blasco of Imaginurium FX [2]. The individual hybrids are all actors (dubbed "scareactors", a traditional part of Halloween Horror Nights) in lab and rain coats wearing masks.
