Homepage of website

The website islanublar.jurassicworld.com was the home of the original version of JurassicWorld.com since September 27, 2016. First launched as JurassicWorld.com in November 2014, islanublar.jurassicworld.com was mostly an in-universe website of the theme park Jurassic World. As of 2021 the English versions of the website can no longer be accessed and redirect to the JurassicWorld.com website; however, the website can be accessed through Wayback Machine.[1]

Purpose[]

The website came online on November 13, 2014 around the world.[2]

On September 27, 2016, the website split from JurassicWorld.com and became islanublar.jurassicworld.com.

After, messages reading “This site has been taken over by the Dinosaur Protection Group” were being displayed on the website.[3] Many links now go to their website. The cams are out of action and the map claims everything has been destroyed. Currently, there is no way to view the website as it was prior to the DPG "takeover" in fully functioning order; only the Wayback Machine can access the website in its previous state, but it does not load all animations or sections.[4]
