InGen Helicopter #N96WC was an Agusta A-109 Max helicopter made for transporting executives around San Diego. It was seen flying over the city, presumably taking Peter Ludlow or other VIPs to the docks.
An Agusta A109 registered N96WC also appears in the opening few minutes of Deep Blue Sea, in a different livery.
