Trivia[]
- The final evolution fact for Utahraptor initially read "Named by paleontologist Robert Bakker, the Utahraptor is the main character of his adventure novel Raptor Red." This was changed when the actual namer of the dinosaur, Jim Kirkland, pointed out the mistake, with the fact now stating "The Utahraptor was named by paleontologist James Kirkland. He is currently working on excavating an entire pack of the predatory theropod!"
- The new fact text also references Kirkland's current work on the Utahraptor Project, which is a project working to excavate a block containing a pack of Utahraptor of varying ages and a currently unidentified iguanodontid species.
