The International Harvester Scout Traveler was a vehicle used by the InGen employees at Site B's worker village on Isla Sorna. After the facility was abandoned, the Scout and other vehicles sat unused for years until Dr. Ian Malcolm, his daughter Kelly and Dr. Sarah Harding came through in search of Nick Van Owen. When the group was attacked by Velociraptors, Malcolm sought refuge inside the Scout after drawing the dinosaurs' attention away from Kelly and Sarah. However, the raptor attacking the vehicle began cracking its way through the tempered glass of the passenger side door window, forcing Malcolm to abandon the vehicle as a potential hiding spot.
