Jurassic Park: Raptor is the first comic book series created by Topps Comics in the early 90’s. Being a continuation of the original Jurassic Park, the story centers around Dr. Alan Grant and Ellie Sattler as they get caught up in a Raiders of the Lost Ark-esque adventure across the jungles Columbia. Encountering all sorts of wacky and interesting things, such as poachers, druglords, an animal behaviorist, savage natives, and even Ingen’s corporate rival: Biosyn.
The story not only features the return of characters, such as grant, Ellie, Hammond, Malcolm, and surprisingly Muldoon, who had survived the events of the film, but a series of new characters as well such as Lawalla (a former hunting partner of Muldoon’s), Fischer (a double agent for both Ingen and Biosyn), and Dr. Belvedere (in animal behavior is who knows sign language).
