Story

An ACU G 63 and Sprinter on the hunt for Indominus rex.

The Mercedes-Benz G-63 AMG 6X6 was a six-wheeled pickup truck in use by Jurassic World. It served as both a guest shuttle for visitors to, as well as a general staff vehicle parkwid, including Asset Containment Unit Commander Katashi Hamada's personal transport. The ACU/staff version was entirely silver in keeping with the overall theme of the park aesthetic, whilst the Camp Cretaceous version featured the park logo on the grill in lieu of the Mercedes emblem and had red stripes, similar in appearance to the original Jurassic Park Jeeps.

Counselors Dave and Roxie used one to drive Darius Bowman, Brooklynn, Ben Pincus, Kenji Kon, Sammy Gutierrez and Yasmina Fadoula from the East Dock to the camp. The vehicle was used as a multi-purpose transport for the visitors throughout their stay there. Dave and Roxie drove the kids out to where handlers on Kawasaki Brute Force 750 ATVs were preparing to move a herd of Parasaurolophus, Sinoceratops, Apatosaurus and Stegosaurus to better grazing grounds, with the intention that the six children would get to move among the dinosaurs in unnumbered, reserved Gyrospheres while they followed in the Mercedes.

A storm cut the adventure short. Telling the kids to stay put, Dave and Roxie drove ahead to inform the handlers, parking the Mercedes on top of a low mesa. The kids disobeyed and a stampede was triggered. While Dave and Roxie were standing at the bottom of the mesa, a Parasaurolophus jumped on top of the Mercedes and then leaped down off of it, and then a Sinoceratops knocked it off the edge. It fell towards the counselors but they avoided being crushed by pressing themselves against the side of the mesa. Despite this, the truck remained drivable.

Following the escape of the Indominus rex, Dave and Roxie went to the Innovation Center to request help in rescuing the kids, but someone in the control room refused to let them have a vehicle, so they stole another G 63.

When Maisie Lockwood saw the fleet of luxury vehicles bringing bidders to the dinosaur auction hosted by Eli Mills and Gunnar Eversol at her grandfather's mansion, one of the arriving guests was driving a G 63 AMG 6X6.

The Mercedes-Benz G 63 AMG 6X6 appears in the game in the level "Under Attack" as one of the many vehicles blocking the roads of Main Street. It is called the "ACU Transport" and like all purchasable vehicles in the game, it can be purchased for 50,000 studs.

Jurassic World Jada toy line

A Mercedes-Benz G 63 AMG 6X6 was one of the vehicles in Jada Toys' Jurassic World line both as a die-cast and RC vehicle. Both toys give it a Jurassic World logo on its doors which it lacked in the film.
