    NEW CREATURES

    • 3 New Creatures to be rolled out!

    NEW FEATURES

    • Code 19
    • Once you’ve reached Level 12, you may experience a Code 19! Jurassic World staff trigger a Code 19 when one of your Land creatures becomes restless and is in danger of breaking out of its cage!
    • If a Code 19 is triggered you will have a chance to contain your creature before it breaks out, and earn some S-DNA rewards. If you fail in your containment attempt the creature will break out of its cage and you will have to send a team of dinosaurs to go after it!
    • The escaped creature, as well as those sent to track it, will not be available for battle until the creature is returned! , once the escaped creature is found, you will be able to attempt another containment sequence.
    • In Code 19, players will be able to collect XP, DNA, and S-DNA
    • VIP Tournament
      • Regular tournament rules apply
      • VIP prizes - stay tuned for details
    • BALANCING CHANGES
    • Mosasaurus Buff!
      • The Mosasaurus was our first aquatic creature, but also our first Tournament creature. Since then, Tournament creatures have become more exclusive and their stats reflect this. The Mosasaurus buff will re-establish this fan-favorite among the most ferocious aquatic dwellers in Jurassic World: The Game!
      • Stay tuned for more details!
    • MISC
    • Filter 2.0
      • Thanks to player feedback, we’ve re-integrated the “Default” filter on the battle screen to facilitate choosing your team. This filter will be called “Ferocity”.
      • The Ferocity filter can also be used in the Market and the Creature Glossary.
    • Builder improvements
      • Now you’ll be able to store your Buildings and Decorations!
      • Moving Buildings and Decorations also got a whole lot easier! Holding down on an item (Building or Decoration) now initiates an “edit mode”, by which you can choose different objects to move. Once you are satisfied, you can press the green button to exit “edit mode”.
      • Similarly, when choosing a Building or Decoration in the store, you will enter the “edit mode” and be allowed to place as many as you want. Once you are satisfied, you can press on the green button to exit “edit mode”.
        • Note: each time you place a new item, you will be automatically charged its price.
    • "On the Tides" event
      • The wheel on this bi-weekly event has been fixed so as to only include Land Creatures, as it was originally designed to do.

Additions to Dinosaur Behaviours After looking at all of your feedback since launch, we've been working on improvements to dinosaurs and their behaviours. We're happy to announce that we're adding two highly requested additions: Group Leaders, which means dinosaurs will now look for an existing group leader and follow their behaviour, actively keeping the dinosaurs together as a group.
Group Leaders can change during leadership contests, and the dinosaur with the highest prestige will lead the group. Groups try to stick together when fleeing from danger and when drinking, eating or sleeping. They can also be herded with the vehicles!
Another addition to the dinosaurs is their sleeping behaviour, which means dinosaurs will now take a nap when they are comfortable and idle. This also combines with groups, which will now often sleep at the same time.

Day/Night Cycle We've added a day/night cycle to all game modes to enable a more dynamic environment. This feature will be instantly available from the gameplay setting menu in both Challenge and Sandbox modes, but for the Career islands it'll have to be unlocked as a setting by achieving 5 stars on each island. We can't wait to see how this challenges you or what kind of creative images you can make on each island!

Higher Capacity Feeders We've added larger capacity feeder types which require less resupply for you! This means you can worry less about your dinosaurs' needs whilst attending other tasks. Please note this will not be applicable to the goat feeders.

New contracts There's a bunch of new contracts for you to get stuck into! Can you sell your dinosaur with a certain gene modification, or get the infamy rating to go through the roof?

We're very excited about this update, which will also include a number of minor tweaks and fixes, and we will have more information about the additional paid content this week! In the meantime, you can check out our weekly livestreams on www.twitch.tv/frontierdevelopments!
    More coming soon!

My laptop screen is 1080p 15.6" and even with full-screen and zoom, I can't make out any names on my copy. The producers probably didn't intend for anybody to pay that close attention, but it actually seems like they were the ones that paid attention to detail. They could have easily written a jumbled mess and most wouldn't notice, but they chose something real.

I saw a comment about this on Facebook and I agree, this is cool but doesn't necessarily mean Deinosuchus had been cloned by InGen. Since it only appears in a deleted scene, the most we can gleam from this in-universe is that InGen perhaps had enough DNA for cloning but never got around to it (unless JW3 makes the deleted scene canon).

Kamikaze is right. They had Majungasaurus DNA, but never cloned it. Intead they used it in the I.Rex Also, since the I.Raptor is part I.Rex, the Croc DNA may have caused him to have the quad stance. Just a theory.

    • I guess the quadruped stance while able to do the biped stance comes from ornithopod DNA, like Parasaurolophus or Iguanodon.

  • Where did you get this image of the Metriacanthosaurus, because it looks like someone just took the existing image, found a picture of the jungle, then messed with the lighting before finally adding the DPG

    • The EN scrapped image with the Pteranodons is the one that grabs my attention. They said "Earth is meant to be dinosaur free", which gives off the impression that they believe dinosaurs, even the real life counterparts, are nothing but pure monsters.

      Birbs are monsters, logic.
