The Dam is a large structure that probably was used to provide electricity for the Town. It is "guarded" by 2 raptors
and once the player takes them out he/she will proceed up the stairs and continue to get to the end of the level. There is a drain that leads inside the Dam that can be accessed by using one of the nearby crates as steps. Inside the player will find the skeleton of Harold Greenwood as well as two Ingram MAC10s. According to Hammond, it was the third dam in a planned system of five to be built. However, it was the only one ever constructed.
